INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

1. All competitors must be members of an Affiliated Club and must be amateurs as defined by WASA/ASA Laws.

2. All events will be conducted strictly in accordance with WASA Law.

3. Ages as on day of competition.

4. Entry fees: Individual £2.00; Relays £5.00.

5. There are not qualifying times. However, the organising body reserves the right to limit the number of entries if necessary.

6. Entry cards must be posted no later than 30 minutes prior to the starting time of each session.

7. The order of events may be changed at the discretion of the organising committee.

8. Presentations to be made to the first 5 places in individual events & first 3 places in relay events. NOTE: There will be NO DIVING allowed in the shallow end during relays.

9. Promoters reserve the right to refuse admission to any competitor or spectator.

10. 'Over the top starts' may be used in all events (except BACKSTROKE).

Cheques to be made payable to "Llantrisant Sharks S.C." If an entry is not accepted the fee will be refunded and it should be noted that no refunds will be made for withdrawals after closing date. Initial entry times cannot be amended.
