Afternoon session 1.00 for 2.00 p.m. start

A: 25-29   D: 40-44   G: 55-59   K: 70-74  
B: 30-34   B: 45-49   H: 60-64   L: 75-79  
C: 35-39   F: 50-54   J: 65-69   M: 80+  
Age as at 31st December 1999. Minimum age of 25 as at 31st December 1999.
EVENTS:
Individuals: 200m freestyle
50m on all strokes
4 x 1 Individual medley
Relays: 4 x 25m freestyle - 120, 160, 200 yrs
4 x 25m medley - 120, 160, 200 yrs
ENTRY FEE:£3.00 per individual event
£4.00 per relay event

CLOSING DATE: All entries must be submitted by 11th January 1999. The first 1,000 individual entries will be accepted on a first-come basis. Please submit times for a 25m pool. One entry form per person, one form per club for team events.

CONDITIONS: Competitors may compete for only one club. All results are decided on the recorded heat times, no finals will be swum. All swimmers must be registered with the ASA and be a member of an affiliated club. Competitors are responsible for their own health and safety. To the best of their knowledge competitors are physically fit and able to compete and train in Masters Events and training sessions, and have not been advised otherwise by a medical adviser. The ASF / ASA Meet Organisers / Club / Officials are thereby exonerated from any liability for injury to competitors as a result of a medical condition.

Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each age group and team event

Including Trophies for Individual Event (age adjusted) 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

Repeating the Age adjusted experiment from our 1997 meet. Age adjustment will be based on formulae derived from a statistical analysis of the World Masters records, with age calculated to the day. All age adjusted times will be displayed at the Meet.

All entrants will receive a confirmation sheet in advance which should be checked carefully. INDIVIDUALS & TEAMS MUST REGISTER on arrival (latest times : 9.00 a.m for Session 1,
1.30 p.m. for Session 2.) The confirmation sheet will have full details on how to Register, bring it with you. Swim cards are collected ON ARRIVAL.

Heat/Lane allocations are displayed before each event on poolside.

Accommodation Saturday 6th February
Stoke Mandeville, being the home of the  Disabled Games, can offer very reasonably priced overnight accommodation if required to cut down travel time on Sunday.
However please do not expect hotel standards. Accommodation is limited so book as soon as possible. They have dormitory, single and double accommodation available, with breakfast if required
