Please find attached Information and Entry Forms for this Meet, to be held at our
8 Lanes, 25m International Pool, at the Barnet Copthall Centre, Hendon, London.
Please feel free to photo-copy them if more copies are required.

2) SATURDAY 25th JULY   Warm-up 8.30am   Start 9.30am
3) SATURDAY 25th JULY   Warm-up 1.30pm   Start 2.30pm
4) SATURDAY 25th JULY   Warm-up 5.30pm   Start 6.30pm
ENTRY FEES £2.50 Per Individual Event
CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES IS FRIDAY 3rd JULY.
AGE GROUPS As set down on the Entry Form. N.B. AGES AS AT 31.12.98
Please note that in response to a number of requests, we have
introduced a 19-24 Yrs Age Group ('X') this year.
EVENTS All events will be swum on the HEAT DECLARED WINNER System,
so all results will be decided on the recorded heat times in each
Age Group.
AWARDS Awards will be made to the fastest three in each Age Group in
each Individual Event.
Award winners will have a choice of a medal or a prize.
TEAM TROPHIES All events count towards the TOP TEAM TROPHIES for the best
overall Male and Female Clubs. Each Age Group scores as
follows :1st = 3 Points ; 2nd = 2 Points ; 3rd =1 Point.


COLORADO ELECTRONIC TIMING AND COMPUTER SYSTEM
Will be operating at the Meet, providing results with full 50m splits for all races.

SWIMMERS ARE ADVISED to study the Programme carefully when deciding
upon their Entries. The Organisers will make every effort to accommodate
swimmers, wherever possible, to suit their particular choice of events.
* FEMALE COMPETITORS in 800m FREESTYLE must post their Time Cards
not later than 6.00 pm.
* MALE COMPETITORS in 800m FREESTYLE may post their Time Cards
up until 7.00pm as their event is not expected to start before 7.30pm.
Warm-up / Swim-down facilities will be available throughout the evening.
Except for Friday, you must post your Time Cards in the boxes in the
Entrance Foyer no later than 30 minutes before the Session Start Time.

REGARDLESS OF YOUR EVENT,
PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE POOL.
