Facilities: Pool
The Berks& S. Bucks Masters is held at Maidenhead. The modern new pool is 25M, eight Lane. There are anti-wave lane lines. There are large windows on the south side and other windows on the west and north sides and in the roof so that the building has much natural light.
The deep end is at the north and the starting is done from there.
There are several jacusis and a small kiddy pool that is used for swim-down.
The light catches the decorative ironwork/steelwork.
Facilities: Car Parking
Parking is free. The normal car park is adequate for all the competitors.
The car park is usually full, but there is always somewhere to park.
The parking is shared with shoppers and other sports facilities nearby.
The pool has a modern look.
Facilities: Catering
The cafeteria is at first level and is partitioned off by doors and windows. It is cooler than poolside. There is a selection of cooked meals, drinks, rolls, sandwiches, cakes and the usual prepackaged foods.

The seating extends along the west side and is directly accessible to swimmers.
There are steps from poolside to first floor level.
Facilities: Other
There is a swim shop to be found in the foyer.
There is a walkway over one end of the pool where one can look down onto the pool.
Programme: Sessions
There are two sessions: morning and afternoon.

Basically this is a sprint meet but it includes a 200M freestyle and a 100M Individual Medley.

There are ladies, mens and mixed relay events.

There are no special events.

Competitors may compete for only one club.
Competitors must be registered with the ASA and be a member of an affiliated club.
If they wish to dive in at the start of the race, competitors must have reached the standard of the ASA Racing Start, and must perform a shallow racing dive. They must NOT tumble into the water head first. Competitors may start in the water.
Competitors must make themselves familiar with the emergency exits and vacate the building upon hearing the alarm, should this be necessary. The emergency exists must not be obstructed with swimming bags, etc.
Competitors must report any hazards that they observe to an official as soon as possible.
