Two Sessions	Afternoon	12.15pm for 1.00pm start
		Evening		5.00pm for 5.30pm start
Start may alter at the organisers discretion.

All results will be decided on the fastest recorded heat time for each 
age group no finals being swum. 

Age Groups	Seniors 19-24	A   25- 29   E   45- 49   J   65- 69
				B   30- 34   F   50- 54   K   70- 74
				C   35- 39   G   55- 59   L   75- 79
				D   40- 44   H   60- 64   M   80+

Ages at 31 December 1998.

Relay Events	4 x 50m Freestyle Team and 4 X 50m Medley Team

		X 200yrs, Y 180yrs, Z 120yrs, W Senior Teams

		(A swimmer is not allowed to swim in more than one 
		age group in the same Relay Event).

		100yrs 180yrs Mixed Freestyle Team 2 Men, 2 Ladies

Individual Events 200m Freestyle all age groups, 50m on all strokes 
		and 4 x 1 Individual Medley all age groups

Entry Fee	Individual Event	£2.50
		Team Event		£4.00

		One person to enter relay Teams

Please submit entry times for a 25m pool. Where no time is submitted, 
competitors will be placed in the first heat of their age group.
All swimmers must be registered with the ASA and be members of a club 
affiliated with the ASA.  Competitors are responsible for their own health and 
safety and to the best of their knowledge are physically fit and able to 
compete in Masters events.
For your own safety and the safety of others, please comply with the 
warm-up arrangements.  Also you must respond to any instructions given 
by the warm-up marshals.

Medals for the first three in each age group and relays.

B&SBASA  reserves the right to restrict entries to allow
for the smooth running of the event.
There will be no posting of cards before the meet starts. Competitors will 
report to the competitors steward as soon as their event starts.  If a 
competitor fails to report on time, the heat will be swum with an empty 
lane and the competitor will not be found another lane.
