There is one session in the afternoon.

Basically this is a 50m sprint meet and it includes a 25M butterfly and freestyle and a 100M Individual Medley.

There are mixed 4 * 1 length freestyle and medley relays, minimum 150 years.

The meet is open to master swimmers of all abilities. Novices are welcome and competitors may start in the water if they are unable to do a racing dive.

The meet, on 19th April 1998, conflicts with the SCASA Long Course meet at Crystal Palace and the CLAMS Long Course meet at Cardiff Empire Pool.
