All individual events will be seeded slowest to fastest according to submitted times. All events will be on a 'heat declared winner' basis. There will be no finals.

Awards will be made to the first, second and third placed swimmers in each age group, oldest swimmer and top club. Six points will be awarded for the first place, five for second etc. Awards will be given to the first, second and third placed relay teams.

CONDITIONS

All swimmers, who may be amateurs or professionals must be members of an affiliated club and may swim for no more than one club in this competition. All swimmers may compete only in their correct age group.
RELAY TEAMS MUST CONSIST OF FOUR SWIMMERS AGED OVER 25 WITH A MINIMUM TOTAL AGE OF 140 YEARS. Names and dates of birth of relay swimmers must be shown on the back of the card before it is posted in the whip's box.

ENTRY CARDS

Cards must be posted in the box by 6.45p.m. Late cards may not be accepted.

ENTRY FEES

£1.50 per individual event, £2.50 per relay team. Cheques and P 0 should be made payable to Chelmsford Swimming Club.
