All individual events will be seeded slowest to fastest according to submitted entry times.
All events will be on a Heat Declared Winner basis, there will be no finals.
Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed swimmers in each Age Group in each event;
Awards will be given to the winning team in each relay; and an overall Award to the top Club.
1. The competitors shall be in accordance with ASA Law 419.1 which states "Competitions held under ASA Laws where all competitors are required to be over 25 years of age in the year of competition shall be designated Masters Competitions". Ages as at 31st December 1998.
2. For the purposes of protests, the promoter is Edmonton Phoenix Swimming Club.
3. Swimmers will swim in heats according to their submitted times. From this Heat Declared Winners will be announced.
4. Swimmers MUST be members of an affiliated Swimming Club.
5. Relay events will consist of swimmers who need not be members of the same Club, BUT an individual swimmer may only swim for one team in an event.
6. All events will take place at Edmonton Green Leisure Centre's Pool. The pool is 25m in length, 8 lanes wide, with Anti Turbulance lane ropes.
7. Entry Fees per event; - Individual events £2.00. Team events £3.50
8. Cheques to be made payable to Edmonton Phoenix Swimming Club.

11. To ensure safe return of Entry Cards (Male/blue, Female/pink) please enclose a 9" x 6" S.A.E.
12. Entry Cards must be posted 30 mins before the start of the first event. The posting point will be available close to the exit from the changing rooms to poolside.
13. Swimmers will collect their cards when requested to report to the whips who will be located at the back of the baby pool. PLEASE LISTEN FOR THE ANNOUNCEMENTS. When you arrive at the Starting Blocks your card will be collected from you by a steward.
14. The results of heats in the Individual Events will be announced and a result sheet will be posted as soon as possible, after the completion of an event, in the area behind the pool covers. The Age Group winners in each event will be announced and those concerned will be invited to collect their awards from the Trophy Table. Medals to the first three males and females in each Age Group in each event.
15. Presentations will only be made to the winning teams in the six relay events and to the Club winning the overall Meet Trophy. This award will be calculated by points scored for the first three swimmers in each Age Group in each event on a 1st = 1 point etc basis.
16. Completed Entry Cards will be available at the end of the Meet, or can be returned, with a complete results listing, to the swimmers' clubs for a fee of £2.00.
