1. Individual swimmers are limited to 7 events,
2. Competitors may only enter 1 age group per team event, team events for all age groups will be swum together.
3. Mixed Events will be swum seeded according to entry time, irrespective of gender.
4. Competitors for 'A' Age group must be 25 years or over on
the day of competition,
Competitors for 'X' Age group must be 19 years or over on
the day of competition
5. Session Start & Warm-Up times will be confirmed with
return of entry cards.
