General

To get to Guernsey you will almost certainly have to fly. As the airport and runway are small, mostly light aircraft for 8 to 20 people are used. You might be on something like this (or smaller):

Facilities: Pool, Car Parking, Catering, Seating, Other

Facilities: Pool

The pool is 25M, Six Lane. There are anti-wave lane lines. There are large windows on the south side.

The deep end is at the east end and the starting is done from there.

Facilities: Car Parking

Parking is free at the pool. The car park is adequate for all competitors.

It is worth it to hire a car (at the airport) so that you can tour the island in your spare time, e.g. Saturday afternoon. All roads have a speed restriction of 30 MPH. There are unusual 'give way' rules in operation, so make sure you are familiar with them before setting out. There are many beautiful bays to visit.

Facilities: Seating

The seating extends around the pool. There is also a balcony for spectators which looks down onto the pool.

Facilities: Other

There is a swim shop to be found in the foyer.
