Facilities: Pool
The pool is fast eight Lane, 25M, deck level. There are anti-wave lane lines and electronic timing.
The deep end is at the east end and the starting is done from there.
The shallow end is very shallow (0.9M). So take extra care if you have to dive from there.
Facilities: Car Parking
Parking is free. The normal car park is adequate for all the competitors.
Facilities: Catering
The cafeteria and bar provides a selection of drinks, rolls, sandwiches, cakes and the usual prepackaged foods.
Facilities: Seating
The seating extends along the west side and is directly accessible to swimmers.
Facilities: Other
There is a swim shop to be found in the foyer.
Great Homer Street (Paddy's) Market is two minutes along road, city centre, shops, etc. are nearby.

There are two sessions: morning and afternoon.
Programme: Individual Events
Basically this is a distance meet with 200m all strokes, 400m, 800m, 1500m freestyle and 400m IM.
There will be one swimmer per lane in all events. Men's and women's heats will be swum simultaneously.

There are no relays.
Programme: Specials
The 400m, 800m, 1500m freestyle and 400m IM are special events.

Upper limit is Age Group M (80+). Swimmers in older groups will be combined into Group M. You must be at least 25 years of age on the day of the competition to compete in the 'A' age group.

Open competition.
Restrictions: Other
Competitors must be registered with the ASA and be a member of an affiliated club.
If they wish to dive in at the start of the race, competitors must have reached the standard of the ASA Racing Start, and must perform a shallow racing dive. They must NOT tumble into the water head first. Competitors may start in the water.
Competitors must make themselves familiar with the emergency exits and vacate the building upon hearing the alarm, should this be necessary. The emergency exists must not be obstructed with swimming bags, etc.
Competitors must report any hazards that they observe to an official as soon as possible.
