This is a rare opportunity for both men and women to compete on longer 
distances on all strokes.
There will be one swimmer per lane in all events, however men's and 
women's heats will be run simultaneously to economise on pool booking 
time.

If you are willing to timekeep or if you have a family member or a friend who 
is willing to timekeep please give details on your entry form.

Fast 25 metre, 8 lane deck level pool, with electronic timing, and 
antiwave lanes.

Facilitics
Cafetaria and bar. Excellent spectator facilities. 400+ seating. Results 
service. Large car park. Great Homer Street (Paddy's) Market two minutes 
along the road, city centre shops etc nearby.

Agegroups
       A = 25-29  B = 30-34  C = 35-39  D = 40-44
       E = 45-49  F = 50-54  G = 55-59  H = 60-64
       J = 65-69  K = 70-74  L = 75-79  M = 80+

Agegroups are as at 31 December 1998. You must be at least 25 years of age
on the day of the competition to compete in the `A' agegroup.
