CONDITIONS

1 The Masters Championships are Open to members of clubs affiliated to the ASA the Scottish ASA or the Welsh ASA or any other country affiliated to FINA.
2 The age of any swimmer shall be that attained in the year of competition.
3 Individual entries shall be made on the official individual entry form. Team entries shall be made on the official team entry form. All entines, accompanied by the fee, must be received by the organiser on or before the closing date. Entry forms may be obtained from the organiser on request ACCOMPANIED BY A SUITABLE STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE.
4 All Masters team events shall be 4 x 50 metres freestyle relay and 4 x 50 metres Medley relay The combined ages for Masters Age Groups are as follows -

	Group U	100 - 119 years	Group X	200 - 239 years
	Group V	120 - 159 years	Group Y	240 - 279 years
	Group W	160 - 199 years	Group Z	280 years & over
No swimmer under the age of 25 throughout the year of competition may compete in groups U to Z and no swimmer may swim for more than one Group in the same event.
5 The entry card system will operate and all cards must be delivered to the specified place at the venue of the competition before the time notified with the return of the entry cards
6 A club may enter more than one team in an event but a swimmer may not swim for more than one specified team in that event. Each competing Club shall, at least 45 minutes before the advertised time for commencement of the gala concerned, deliver to the Recorder a list of the members of each of their teams on the form provided. A Club failing to comply with any of these conditions shall be disqualified from the competition concerned.
7 All events shall be heat declared winner events.
8 Protests shall be made and dealt with as detailed in ASA Law. The Promoter is the District Masters Swimming Committee.
9 The 20-24 year age group will be swum concurrently and seeded with corresponding Masters individual events. Ihe conditions applying to this age group will be those of the District Age Group Individual Swimming Championships except all events shall be heat declared winners.
10 Any matters arising for which these conditions do not provide shall be detennined by the District Executive.
