The above event will be held under the auspices of the City of
Milton Keynes Swimming Club on Sunday 6th December
1998 at the Stantonbury Leisure Centre, Milton Keynes.
The Meet will be held under ASA Laws. The promoting club is affiliated
to the ASA Midland District and the Oxon. and North Bucks. Counties
ASA.
MEET CONDITIONS and INFORMATION
1. The Meet is open to ASA Registered swimmers eligible to compete in ASA Law 101. And to foreign swimmers whose National Association is affiliated to FINA.
2. Age as at 31st December 1998.
3. 25 metre pool with Colorado Electronic Timing, with full 6 Lane Display Board.
4. Age groups
A: 25 - 29 D: 40 - 44 G: 55 - 59 K: 70 - 74 B: 30 - 34 E: 45 - 49 H: 60 - 64 L: 75 + C: 35 - 39 F: 50 - 54 J: 65 - 69 X: 19 - 24
5. Events:
Individuals: 200m Freestyle 200m Individual Medley 50m on all strokes Mixed Relays: 4 x 50m Freestyle - 120+, 160+, 200+ yrs 4 x 50m Medley - 120+, 160+, 200+ yrs Relay teams to consist of two male, and two female swimmers. Please note: Competitors for Relays must be 25 years of age or older.

Afternoon Session 3.00pm Warm-up. 3.30pm Start. 7. All events will be Heat Declared Winners. The last heat in each event will be spearheaded.
8. Awards to the First Three in each event, and age group. Award winners will have the choice of a medal or a cash voucher that can be spent at the CMK Swimshop. The vouchers will be £3.00 for a first, £2.00 for a second and £1.00 for a third. In the relays, the vouchers will be £12.00 for first, £8.00 for second, and £4.00 for third. There will not be any presentations, award winners can collect their awards at the Awards table when announced.
9. Top Club Trophy, Points will be awarded as follows:- 3 points for 1st place down to 1 point for 3rd place.
10. All entries must be made on the attached entry form or on a copy. Current times for 25 metre pool.
11. Acceptances will be notified on Cards, and these must be posted in the boxes outside the Changing Rooms at least 20 minutes before the start of the appropriate session.
12. Entry Fees.
£3.00 for first Individual event, (includes a programme) £2.50 for all other Individual events £4.00 per Relay event. (Cheques payable to C.M.K.Masters.)
13. Entries must be sent to the Meet Manager. Mr John Bellis. 2 Banburies Close, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 6JP. Enclosing a Large S.A.E. for return of cards.
14. Closing date for entries:- MONDAY 2nd November 1998.
15. Anything not covered by these conditions will be at the discretion of the promoters. The promoter decision will be final.
16.
