1) Reading Central Pool is a 25m pool. Electronic timing will be used at the event.
2) The Masters Competitions are open to members of clubs affiliated to the ASA, the Scottish ASA, the Welsh ASA or any other country affiliated to FINA.
3) The age of any swimmer shall be that attained in the year of competition.
4) All entries shall be accompanied by the fee and must be received by the organiser on or before the closing date.
5) No swimmer under the age of 25 throughout the year of competition may compete in relay events and no swimmer may swim for more than one Group in the same event.
6) A club may enter more than one team in an event but a swimmer may not swim for more than one specified team in that event.
7) There is no posting of cards. Cards will be issued in advance, with heat and lane numbers allocated.
8) All events including those for the 19-24 year age group shall be heat declared winner events.
9) Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each age group.
10) There will be a Top Club Trophy award, with points gained as follows:
1st - 6 points 2nd - 5 points 3rd - 4 points 4th - 3 points 5th - 2 points 6th - 1 point
11) The 19-24 year age group will be swum concurrently and seeded with the corresponding Masters individual events. All heats will be swum in accordance with ASA laws as to Masters swimming.
