Facilities: Pool
The Crystal Palace pool is 50M, Eight Lane. There are anti-wave lane lines. There are large windows, high up, on three sides.
There is a shallow childrens pool at the south end that can be used for warm-up and swim-down.
On some occasions, the main warm-up pool is available. This is situated downstairs, below main pool level, at the south end. While you are down there, have a look through the underwater viewing windows, which run along the side of the main pool and along the diving pit.
Facilities: Catering
The cafeteria is near the main entrance at first floor level. There is a limited selection of drinks, rolls, sandwiches, cakes and the usual prepackaged foods.
Facilities: Seating
The extensive seating runs along the east side at two levels. At pool level it is directly accessible to swimmers. At first floor level there is another bank of seats. To get to these you need to go up one of the sets of stairs.
Facilities: Other
There is sometimes a swim shop to be found on the pool level walkway. You may encounter a stall with Russian gentlemen selling homemade goods (to help pay their travelling costs).
