The card systes will operate cards must delivered to the defined place at the venue. Cards for the first two events in each session must be placed in the boxes 30mins before the advertised start time for the session concerned. For all other events in that session at the advertised time

| 1. ELIGIBILITY | Open to eligible swimmers who are members of organisations affiliated to FINA. |
| 2. Events | 50m and 100m Backstroke, Breastroke, Butterfly and Freestyle, 200m Freestyle and Individual Medley, 400m Freestyle, 4x50m Medley and Freestyle Teams Age Groups 100 yrs, 120 yrs, 160 yrs, 200 yrs, 220 yrs, 240 yrs and over. |
| 3. Age Groups | A-25/29 B-30/34 C-35/39 D-40/44 E-45/49 F-50/54 G-55/59 H-60/64 J-65/69 K-70/74 L-75/79 M-80/85 N - 85 @ over Seniors 19/24 |
| 4. Ages | Ages for Individual and Team Events are determined as at the 31st of December 1999. |
| 5. Relay Teams | The names and the dates of birth of the Relay teams Members must be written on the reverse of the entry card prior to the start of the event. MASTERS ONLY IN RELAY TEAMS. |
| 6. Representation | A competitor may only compete for one club in these competitions. |
| 7. Seeding | Events will be seeded in time classification with the slowest entry times swimming first irrespective of age. |
| 8. H.D.W. | Events will be decided on heat time classification no finals being swum. |
| 9. Awards | Medals will be awarded to the individuals and teams placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group. |
| 10. Entry Fees | Individual Events, other than
the 400m Freestyle £3.00 (Three Pounds Sterling) per event. 400m Freestyle £3.50 (Three Pounds Fifty pence Sterling) Team Events - £5.00 (Five Pounds Sterling) per team |
| 11. Closing Date | Entries close midnight
