1 ELIGIBILITY Open to eligible swimmers who are members of organisations affiliated to FINA.
2 EVENTS 50, 100 & 200m Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Freestyle,
and 100m Individual Medley.
4x50 Mixed and 4x25 Freestyle and Medley Teams, 2 ladies
and 2 Men in the Mixed Teams.
3 AGE GROUPS A 25/29 B 30/34 C35/39 D 40/44 E 45/49 F 50/54 G 55/59
H 60/64 J 65/69 K 70/74 L 75/79 M 80/84 N-85 and over
and 19/24 age group.
4 AGES Ages at the 31st December 1998 for Individual and Teams Events. The names and dates of birth of relay Team Members must be written on the back of the Team Cards.
5 REPRESENTATION A competitor may only compete for one Club in the competition.
6 SEEDING Events will be seeded in time classification with swimmers
with the slowest entry times irrespective of age.
Entries for Individual Events will be rejected where an
entry time is not submitted on the entry form.
7 H.D.W. Events will be decided on heat times no finals being swum.
6 AWARDS Medals will be awarded to the individuals and teams placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group.
ENTRY FEES Individual Events £2.50 (Two Pounds Fifty Pence Sterling) per event, Team Events £5.00 (Five Pounds Sterling).
10 CLOSING DATE Entries Close 1st September 1998. S.C.A.S.A. reserves the right to close entries earlier if necessary.
11 ENTRIES On Official entry Form (or photo copy) accompanied by the appropriate entry fee/s. CHEQUES payable to S.C.A.S.A.
12 RE-ENTRY The card system will operate cards must be delivered to the defined place at the venue. Cards for the first two events in each session must be placed in the boxes 30mins before the advertised start time for the session concerned. For all other events in that session at advertised start time.
