     Open Meet - 16th November 1997

            Promoter Conditions

1. The promotor of the Staffordshire Masters & 19/24 Age Group Open
meet is Statfordshire A.S.A.
2. The closing date for entries is 12th October 1997. All competitors must
be registered and have completed the entry form in full.
3. Poolside entries will not be accepted. Requests by swimmers to swim
for times only will not be accepted.
4. There is no restriction on the number of entries that a swimmer may
swim.
5. Warm up will start 45 minutes before the commencement of each
session.
6. Awards will be Given to the top three places in each age group of each
event.
7. Anything not covered in these condition will be at the discretion of the
promotor.
8. Age groups: z19/24, a25/34, b35/39, c40/44, d45/49, e50/54, f55/59,
  g60/64, h65/69 and I70+

         Staffordshire Closed Championships

1. Open to swimmers who are members of clubs that are affiliated to
   Staffordshire ASA.
2. An award will be given to first place only in each age group of each
   event.
3. The Staffordshire Swimmers will be integrated, and take part, in the
   Open Meet and will be eligible for awards as an open meet swimmer.
