Sudbury Masters Open Meet - Programme and Conditions

                          3rd Masters Open Meet
                             (Under ASA Laws)

    Saturday 14th February 1998 - Kingfisher Leisure Pool, Sudbury, Suffolk

                                Conditions

1.  Eligibility Open to Amateurs and Professionals who are registered ASA members 
		of affiliated Clubs.

2.  Ages	Ages as at the 31 st December in the year of competition.

3.  Age Groups	As stated on the entry form.

4. Team Events	Clubs may enter more than one team per event, but a competitor 
		may only swim for one team per event. Names must be written on 
		the reverse of the entry card prior to the start of that event. 
		The minimum age for team events will be 19. There shall be no 
		upper age limit. Ages of teams are the total age as at 31st 
		December 1998.

5.  Seeding	Events, except Team, will be seeded slowest to fastest 
		irrespective of age. Entries without a submitted time will be 
		seeded as slowest.

6.  H.D.W.	The Heat Declared Winner system will operate for each event and 
		age group.

7.  Awards	Medals will be awarded to competitors and teams placed 1st, 2nd 
		and 3rd and will be available for collection immediately after 
		the results have been posted.

8.  Entry Fees	Individual Events: £2      Team Events: £3

9.  Closing Date The closing date for entries will be: Wednesday 14th January 
		 1998.

10. Entries	Entries will only be accepted on the Official Entry Form, (or 
		photocopy). Cheques or postal orders to be made payable to 
		Sudbury & District Swimming Club and sent to:
		John Wheeler, Moat Farm, Moat Lane, Bures, Sudbury, 
		Suffolk CO8 5LJ.

11. Entry Cards Cards to be posted at the designated point 20 minutes before the 
		commencement of the first event.

12. Pool	25 Metre, 6 Lane Pool with Anti-Turbulence Lane Ropes.

13. General	Should the Event be over subscribed, entries will be on a 
		strictly 'first come, first served' basis. Anything not covered 
		by the above conditions will be at the discretion of the
		promoters: Sudbury & District Swimming Club.
